Data Processing Addendum

Commercial draft, July 6, 2026. A signed DPA is available by contacting hello@justaskollie.com.

For customer personal data, the customer is the controller or business and BitBear Systems is the processor or service provider. BitBear Systems processes data only to provide and secure Ask Ollie, on documented customer instructions, and as required by law.

BitBear Systems will maintain appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, ensure personnel confidentiality, assist with verified data-subject requests, notify customers of confirmed personal-data breaches without undue delay, and delete or return customer data at termination subject to legal retention requirements.

Customer authorizes the subprocessors listed on the Subprocessors page. BitBear Systems remains responsible for required contractual protections and will use lawful transfer mechanisms where applicable.

Processing includes account, workforce-policy, chat, HR review, usage, support, and billing data for the subscription term plus configured retention and legally required periods. Customers must not provide regulated data beyond the agreed scope.

This web copy is not a signed agreement and does not amend a contract by itself. A lawyer should review the DPA, liability terms, transfer clauses, and state-specific provisions before enterprise execution.
